Jeremy T. Schilling, Esq.

Jeremy is a civil litigator who represents injured people and policyholders across South Florida. His practice covers personal injury — car, truck, motorcycle, and premises cases — alongside first-party property insurance disputes. Before founding the firm he spent more than six years defending insurance carriers, learning exactly how adjusters value, delay, and deny claims. He now uses that insider knowledge on the other side of the table.

Jeremy grew up in Centerville, Massachusetts. He studied at the University of Massachusetts before earning his B.S. in Safety Studies & Management from Keene State College, and received his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

A lifelong Boston sports fan, Jeremy lives in South Florida with his wife and two children.
